I cannot recommend ServiceMaster Restore NWLA strongly enough, they serviced us on a Sunday afternoon, 2-weeks post ice storm in NW Louisianalast January. When other service providers acted “put out” that they were even called, SMR treated us like we were their only customer.Neil and Orlando were superb technicians, extremely thorough and going the extra mile to mitigate damage. Tonya, the initial agent that responded, was hands down one of the most professional individuals I’ve had the pleasure of working with.
