Started laundry on a Sunday and suddenly my home began to back up. The toilets the tubs, the showers all began to back up. I got on Google and found Roto Rooter and thankfully they could come out on Sunday. Mr. Mike and another sweet man came to my home and not only cleared the drains but they also discovered another huge problem. I was on a septic system and had no idea. Mr. Mike and the guys at Roto Rooter helped me get connected with the city. Now my plumbing is going to be routed properly, like it should have been when the house was built. I called them specifically because I had used them at my restaurant in the past, so I trusted them to come to my home, and to be fair and honest. They had my water heater fixed in a short amount of time, and at a reasonable price.Great job! Thanks!Service: Water heater repair
Took three tries to get a response from them. Tried calling, on line schedule, and message left with answering services. Finally reached someone. We got thru the while process of scheduling an appointment to find out the service call would be $400. The lady on the line should have started with that and saved us both some time.
