I got a pedicure and a full set. My pedicure was okay but my full set was trash. The lady did what she wanted own my nails instead of how I wanted them. This is my second time experiencing this at this location. I know now is not me it's the nail shop and tect. And what makes it so upsetting? She's still charge me full price for a full set and for gul even though I didn't get gel polish.

I wish I would have read reviews before going. I had the nicest nail tech. Her name was Tee. She was sooo nice but her service was giving beginner lessons. I got a pedicure. She didn’t take my polish off first, she started with cutting the nail down. She then got the scrub pad and put nothing on it but begin to scrub my feet. She didn’t play attention to the rough areas on my feet and she didn’t get any dead skin off my feet either. She finally took gel polish off but never washed my feet. Both of my girls had their nails done here and one did a good job. The other person messed my daughters nails up SO bad that she came out crying. They are terribly misshapen and crooked lines. The rude woman doing her nails also decided to tell my 13 year old that her brother (my almost 2 year old son) was "very bad" and "so annoying" and she was glad I took him outside. This was the absolute WORST service ever. They'd get no stars if I could.Service: Manicure
