I have worked with a number of property management companies and none come close to the service that Leeson provides. These folks are top notch. They allow me the peace of mind that my properties are managed well, my tenants are taken care of and any issues are addressed promptly and professionally. They're also just great people!
I recently started working with Leeson when I acquired my first rental. Awesome group to work with. They had a tenant in the unit in less than a month and worked with me on any and all needed repairs. Since they have in house repair people, the repairs are always taken care of quickly. I look forward to working with Leeson on many more rentals in the future.
My BF and I have been living in a Leeson Property for almost a year, and we have been soooo happy. They're so quick to respond to any issues (of which there have been very few!), quite kind and understanding. It's nice working with actual people when renting a space instead of a faceless conglomerate! Thanks for everything!!
