I wish I could rate this -15 stars. Made an appointment for acrylics for my birthday, and after waiting for 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time I asked for a matte black with a bit of glitter on the tips. The man proceeded to screech at me that matte is a top coat not a color. Would not allow me to speak long enough to say that I understood and explain what I want. I didn't have a picture ready to show him because I thought this was easily achievable. He huffed at me, and had a coworker come and also raise his voice about matte not being a color. I said that I didn't mean to waste his time to which he waved his hands as if to shoo me away. With the incredibly inflated price in comparison to other salons I expected a bit better customer service. Save your money and pick a different salon if being yelled at in a public space bothers you.
