Our air conditioner went out after 3:00 pm and I figured we were screwed at least until some time the next day. I called Infinity and was assured someone would be there between 6:00 and 8:00 (they were very busy). I was delighted when Michael showed up before 6:00. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He did full diagnostics, found what he felt was the primary problem, and took care of it quickly. He happily allowed me to watch him and explained what he was doing and why.
