After a different shop canceled our appointments at the last minute, We called many different shops and Ghostfire said they could fit us in. we arrived and they were very accommodating to me being in a wheelchair. I felt as though they were giving me first class treatment and going above and beyond just for me, I know they would do this for anyone, but I certainly felt special. our work was done by Shane and turned out exceptional! I'll never go anywhere else again as long as Ghostfire is here!

I got my septum (pictured) done today by Darby, he is so friendly and very comfortable to be around. He talked me through each step of the entire piercing process, which I really appreciated. I loved that he set the expectations of what the piercing would look like and allowed me to see what it would look like before getting pierced, since I have a slightly deviated septum. The apprentice that watched Darby give the piercing was also very nice, hope she learned a lot! The whole staff seems very friendly! I had a great experience here. My artist was Shane, he provided some phenomenal work as well as everyone being very personable and welcoming. The girl at the front desk is also very kind and helpful. I will be back for more work in the near future for sure.
