I was in need of getting a dent repair on my driver side fender due to my sale person promising that she would fix it but never did but I remembered my insurance company referring me to this collision center in Shreveport so I decided to give them a call I had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs. Ashley and Mrs.Shannon they were so helpful and friendly to me working around my schedule so I can meet with them and there team. I was pleased,the work staff was very friendly professional and also understanding .my vehicle was clean smelled good and had a wonderful shine when I picked it up. also my schedule was a bit tight. but they made things easier. thanks guys. just a marvelous crew.

Crown is a top notch body shop in Shreveport. I made a mistake and backed into a pole requiring some body work to my 2016 Ford F-150. Christie and the Crown team got me an estimate, I worked with my insurance company and got it done quickly. All the week of Christmas! I am back on the road and my truck looks great. They stayed on budget and were able to get the best parts to have my truck looking good as new! Highly recommend.
