Used them through home insurance. Their service when they arrived was good. Getting them to start was the problem. Call them on a Thursday, appointment set for flowing Tuesday. Arrived around 10am. Said there was a leak and couldn't work in rain. Understandable. But did not answer the phone until following week. I guess because there was rain off and on. So 20 days later and each day at 100 degree weather they replace condenser. Throughout this time I spoke to the answering machine more than a person. About 3 days later air stopped working again, they returned the day after I called them, repaired problem. The unit has ben working since then.
Initially I was concerned due to the poor reviews however, I could not have been more wrong. I have used them 3 times and every time, they went above and beyond. They are reliable, able to communicate and accommodate due to scheduling issues on my end. Super friendly and up front with all the changes and costs associated with it.The poor reviews do NOT do them justice. This is a 5+ star company that provides good, honest, quality service.Services: A/C system maintenance
Referred by American Home Shield. I was apprehensive at first because of all the bad reviews. I had no problems; repairman arrived at scheduled time...assessed unit needed repairing; replaced part. After about an hour I noticed the unit was not generating heat . i called the office; receptionist was professional said she would have them return that day but did not know what time. The end result was having to have a new unit installed. They guys that did the installation were very professional and arrived at scheduled time.Services: Heating system repair
