Was greeted friendly by staff when walked in front door. Short waiting time. Jo listened to what I wanted, suggested a better cut that would be easier for me to keep. In no time at all she had my grown out locks looking good and healthy. I also bought some hair product from her to aid in styling at home. I give them a 5 because they earned it. Go to Carter’s!
I can't say enough about the ladies in this place ! EVERYONE at Carter's is so sweet and respectful and so inviting when you walk through the door whether they're busy or not they all speak ! My 11 yr old son loves Chrissy here , she is the only person he wants to cut his hair , he said that he loves that she's so nice when she speaks to him even when I am not around. So this establishment gets a 20/10. Also Mrs Jo ,I've known her daughter since high school and love to see her face when I come in ! Thank u ladies for being here and still being the best salon to come to on this side of town !!!!!!

While visiting in the area, I called in the morning requesting a cut for a specific time that afternoon. They had an opening. When I arrived, a stylist was available. It happened to be the same lady I had when we were there in November. Robin asked what I was wanting and did a great job. She was very kind, friendly and professional. If I need a haircut and we’re in the area, I will go there again. This time I’ll know to ask for Robin.
