Chuck came out and gave me a very reasonable quote to connect an automatic standby switch for a whole-home generator. After I determined that the total price for a 23 Kw generator was going to be approximately $14K, I decided to abandon that. Chuck suggested I get a smaller generator and put a manual panel interlock and inlet, saving huge money.
Ryan and Griffin came out and installed a generator inlet plug and an interlock in my breaker panel. They were friendly, professional and did a very clean install for a very reasonable price. I would always trust the pros at Camus for anything electrical I that I need. Highly recommend!

I used Camus a couple weeks ago and it was my first time having to call an electrician. Two guys came out named Ryan and Austin and they were able to fix my problem very quickly and it was alot cheaper than I was expecting. They came same day as I called too. I would recommend this company to any one in the area that needs a good electrician, I will be using them from now on.

Excellent and professional service. We have an older house and some of the circuitry has not been updated, and so our power suddenly failed in part of the house and kept tripping the fuse when we reset it. Camus electric dispatched Saul and his partner, who came promptly and went to work finding the problem (a shorted out circuit). They fixed it quickly. They were also able to help us resolve a longstanding problem with a different circuit in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend Camus Electric to anyone in the Shreveport Bossier area.
