We had our new roof installed this week, and I am very pleased. The craftsmanship was perfect, the crew was courteous, and the construction area was completely cleaned up. The price was fair, and the owner called just to verify that we were completely satisfied. Great job! We had a great experience getting a new roof with Bayou State. Everything was done in a timely manner. Our liaison Tandi knew the business and explained everything from start to finish. The roof looks great and the roofing crew cleaned up exceptionally well. Would definitely recommend.

Bayou did a roof replacement on our house in 2021, and did a fantastic job. We unfortunately had two other roof incidents due to limbs since the roof was replaced. What made these unfortunate situations tolerable was Matt’s expertise and willingness to help. He sent someone out in less than a day to do the first repair, a few shingles and some flashing. The second repair after we had our entire tree cut down, and with impending rain due in less than 24 hours, Matt was able to have our damaged shingles and flat roof repaired in no time (On a Sunday!!!). Looks like we have found our roof company for life. It’s an easy call, easy to work with, and I feel like a priority.
