I was so nervous about taking my pitbull rosy to get fixed I called around shreveport and most vets I called had attitudes so I'm like no way I'm taking my baby to those places. So I called Animal Resource and Kare and spoke with Dr. Kelley was so sweet and humble God-fearing person. She had the patience of Joel I was just so nervous about rosy, I kept asking her questions. I told her I'm sorry she said oh no it's fine that's your baby. She reminds me of my Dr. at David Raine just gentle and loving. We absolutely love My Ark! Daisy has always been terrified of the vet and we started coming to My Ark Center after being recommended by a friend. Staff and Vet Kelly is amazing! They handle her so gently and ensure each experience is fear free for her. Daisy would be desperate to leave the vets office in the past and now she is comfortable enough to roam around and get to know staff after her exam. Cannot recommend them enough, so caring and gentle and they genuinely care for you and your pet.
Dr Rachal and Tristen are so warm and caring. This is the absolute best veterinarian I've ever had. I want to thank them both for thier extrodinary care for every single one of my loved ones. Even when they are busy, they take thier time with you and have astounding patience!!! Thank you to all ARC employess as well, you make an incredible team!
