I met Justin for the first time after we had a major power outage from hurricane. My AC unit was not cooling the house. I was referred to this service. Justin came out after hours and looked at my unit and told me the bad news that it had to be replaced. He and his wife work as a team, along with their friend Andrew. Very thorough and professional. I'm happy with their service and results. Please understand that they have to drive out of Shreveport to get to you, well worth the wait.
Fantastic service! Communications were excellent and the job was finished very much to our satisfaction.
Took the time to explain why our unit may have developed the issue and what to do to avoid it in the future.
Justin and his team are nothing short of amazing. I very rarely write a review but listen. We were without air for 5 days dealing with other companies. I had spoken to Justin on Monday and he was actually traveling back from vacation. Another company was just an utter disappointment, rude and didn't care we were in 95+ degree heat and had just left. Then Justin actually called me and asked if I had air at that very moment. He cared enough to reach out to me when he had made it back in town on Tuesday and came out the same day.
