I contacted Alligate-Aire because of the number of great reviews that he had. When Harrison came out to look at the unit he found it was over pressured with Freon. He lowered the pressure but told me about several concerns that he still had about the unit after he made the repair. Unfortunately, after the repair, the compressor locked up, which was one of the concerns that he had told me about. He had to search around to find a comparable compressor and came back and did the install on a Saturday once it arrived. He went above and beyond to help get this unit back in a timely manner. Definitely will use again.
Mywife and I are retired and on a fixed income. We've had G arry from Alligate-Aire out to our house 3 times in the last six months. In April, our furnace went out. He said he could fix it, but he noticed that our water heater was in danger of blowing a valve and was already leaking a little. He advised us to hold off on getting the furnace fixed(winter was nearly over) and to get the water heater fixed first. That showed us what kind of man he is!
