They even gave me a complimentary upgrade nail dip free of charge. Tony and Sophia worked on my manicure and pedicure and they both provided excellent customer service and made me feel welcome and cared for as a customer. They have great hospitality and did a wonderful job on my nails. They took great care of me and I will be returning. My nails look great! ? 10/10 recommend. Also, Tony also has a donut shop a few doors down from the salon that has amazing donuts and Thai tea if you’re ever in the mood for some treats! ?
Took my friends daughter here two weeks ago to get her hair done and Belle did an amazing job! I went today & Kendra did an amazing job as well! I was so scared to get my hair cut because it is curly. Kendra knocked it out the park!!!

I came here for the first time a little over a month ago, and now that I'm getting ready to book another cut, I thought they deserved a shout-out for being great. Terry at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart and so helpful! A handful of my coworkers come here and they have GREAT hair, so I was excited to come in. Johnna was so so sweet to me the whole time, and really listened to what I wanted. I'm growing out a pixie cut and needed help making the process less awkward, and Johnna shaped me up for that wonderfully - AND changed how I style my hair forever. I didn't know I had so many natural curls until she showed me how to bring them out!!

Skylar is the best! I had extensive hair damage from purchased online Brazilian blowout treatment that turned my hair orange, as well as, boxed hair colors. Skylar was like my own personal hair doctor. She examined my hair thoroughly, gave me expertise suggestions and a game plan to help my hair become healthy again, before going forward with low lights/color in the future. Julie was very friendly and did a great job. After years and years of wearing my hair short and then deciding recently that I would grow it out, I finally got tired of it and decided to cut it off. My usual stylist was on vacation for two weeks so I decided to see if I could go to the She Shed which is local to me. Julie graciously was able to fit me and did a fine job of cutting and styling my thick coarse hair. I recommend the She Shed.

Heidi was so great at fitting me in last minute & talking about different options. And suggested something she felt would work better for me. I’ll know more as the weeks go on, but the finished product is great. I had acrylic nails for well over a decade, and have not had anything on my nails for the last six years. I went to another salon 11 days ago for gel-x nails, and had already lost one nail and had multiple nails that were lifting. I had the gel nails soaked off, and Heidi did dip powder, and even did the color I wanted in the powder. I can’t wait to see how these new nails do over the next couple of weeks. They were very professional, and the salon was very clean. I felt very welcome in the salon.

I had been going to the same nail salon for 2 1/2 years. I stayed there because it was convenient to my home but I was never truly happy with my nails. I decided that I was going to try a new salon so I read reviews on Google and saw how customers repeatedly said how wonderful Rose and the other employees were at Finest Nails. I made an appointment for today and I am so happy that I did. I was greeted by Scott and Tricia when I walked in the door (as well as a sweet pups named Tahoe and Beau). Tricia did my pedicure and was attentive to my needs being that I am diabetic and need special care with my toes. Rose did my dip nails and some sunflower nail art. Rose was sweet and kind. She took her time to give me exactly what I wanted. Everyone there was genuine and helpful and truly made my experience fun and joyful. I have found my nail salon and I am so glad that I found where I belong. Thank you to everyone at Finest Nails, you guys rock!

She and Britt are two of the best artists in the area and are so kind and friendly during the entire process from design to execution. Had a toilet leak this morning. The first plumbing company I called could not come to my home until next week, and the 2nd company I called did not answer the phone. I saw Mike Tilton's name, and I decided to call. Their office staff promptly answered my call and reported a repairman would come over today. Two nice gentlemen, "Randy" & "Jeremy" came right on over, told me what the issue was, had everything needed to make the repairs with them (so I didn't have to wait for them to come back at a later date or time), and made the repairs today. It was a benefit to have "2" repairment as they were able to do the job quicker. They were even friendly to my dog! I recommend them.

We needed out gas hot water tank replaced because pilot light would not stay lit. Called Bobby L. Green and a service manager came out. He explained the problem and suggested a tankless system which would lower the cost of heated water in our large home. We agreed to replace the system and are very satisfied with the new tankless system. The installation crew was very polite and efficient. Thank you Arec Wilkerson and crew.

Unfortunately we came home from a three day weekend trip a week ago, to a mess, our walk in closet fell in from a leak with our ac unit. We came on to a hot mess, our closet fell through. We called our insurance company and they sent Servpro out of Shreveport to come out the very next day. They have been very efficient, Brooke and Anna, they came in and worked fast to fix the issue to get it all dried up, come every day to check on how everything is doing drying up, they want pass it onto the repair crew until they know it’s safe and free of mold, dry etc. Brooke has been very open to my calls, questions, etc. Also we haven’t been able to be there so have given then access to come in and do their job; and that’s hard to just allow strangers to come in, but they or very trustworthy and honest in my opinion. Vickie has been spraying our house for regular pest control. We live in the country, but we haven't seen any bugs or snakes since she started treating for them. Yesterday we noticed something making noise in between the kitchen and the living room. We took the vent off, and there was a squirrel. Greg and his crew were awesome. Had a very large tree remove about 6’ in diameter. Luck had it that they had a cancellation and scheduled me the next day which was great because they are usually booked out a couple of weeks because of their impeccable work and reputation. My first visit was Monday and this morning was my third visit of the week. Friendly staff, clean facility, easy to find and good equipment used. Dr. Zahn is awesome, down to earth and ask all the right questions to get your needs taken care of. I highly recommend this place especially for lower back pain which was my issue. My son and I have been visiting Dr Crews for about a year now and love it! For our first visit, he took the time to sit down and really talk to us to see what is going on and where we need help. My son and I both hold a lot of tension in our backs and shoulders and my son has a lot of back and hip pain from growing so fast. I am a hairstylist and my job kills my neck and shoulders. Every time I go for an appointment, I feel so much better afterwards! I also ordered some custom orthotic insoles for my feet that have been life changing! Dr. Mark Guice is absolutely the BEST chiropractor in town. I've been to a few and wasn't impressed nor felt any better when I left. Dr. Guice can feel down my back and neck and know exactly where something isn't in place. If I'm very stiff he will have a machine to loosen my muscles so that it doesn't hurt when adjustments are made. Only one I trust for my back and neck adjustments not to mention the only one who gets my hips aligned right again. He and his staff are very professional, good Christian people whom I'd recommend for any of your chiropractor needs.

These Vets are simply the BEST! My pets have been a client for over 15 years and I could not ask for better care! The Dr's are caring, compassionate, state of the art, and are always willing to go above and beyond when the situation requires it. I started seeing these Dr's when they moved to Shreveport and I needed to find a vet that could help me with my Labrador's (Gabby) anesthesia issues. We had almost lost her several times with other vets in town and I needed help! I gave all her records to Dr Sarah, who called me the next day and said she thought she had the answer. We never had an issue again with Gabby and anesthesia!

She created a welcoming environment for my dog and provided us with exceptional care. I appreciated her attention to detail throughout the appointment. I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed when asking questions. I am excited to have found a vet that loves my dogs as if there were her own. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Mouser enough!
So, first of all it's weird but my dog used to go to another vet that has now closed. But I carry my dog in a book bag sometimes, and when she would go into the other vet she would just start shaking. It was weird, I thought it was just vets but when I bought her here the first time she was her normal self barking at the bigger dog that was in the waiting room. I'm not sure what she was smelling at the other place. So I like this vet because you don't have to make a appointment. They have like two set times you can go like three hours in the morning and another three after lunch. That's actually great because most times with the exception of shots and nails when you want to go to the vet you want to go right than its usually a emergency to you. The prices are reasonable commiserate with any other vet I have been too. And although they don't have appointments on the busiest time I went I only had to wait about 20 minutes. It's clean it doesn't smell and the vet is very knowledgeable. She suggested I give my dog a medicine and at first I was like Chile please! But it actually was the good thing lol.
This was such a pleasant experience for me! When I arrived, I was so scared for my kitty girl, Peach. The front desk workers were so amazing, kind, PATIENT, both when we dropped Peach off and when we picked her up! I could go on and on. Doctor Hamilton was so great and amazing, she explained everything perfectly and talked us through the whole process. We LOVED her!! A 10/10 experience, thank yall so much!

I’ve been going now for about 3 or 4 months. When I started I couldn’t walk well because of dizziness from brain surgery 4 years ago. I’ve also been in pain all over my body from arthritis for four years too. I’ve done 3 other therapies and none of them worked. After 2 sessions I was able to walk without pain or dizziness. I am so grateful for this sweet lady which has given me my life back. I am now walking 3 miles 3 to 4 times a week.

Bass Driving School is first class. The state mandatory parent-orientation class is very informative. The classroom instruction is intensive as it should be! My fifteen year-old daughter learned so much and continues to discuss what she learned at Bass. There are no shortcuts at this school. If you're looking for a quick fix to get your driver's license, this is not the place for you. Dr. Bass is very professional and is passionate about educating the community regarding safe driving. Her staff members are well vetted, trained and skilled educators. You will not regret your investment.
