I suffered a roof leak at my home in June and when I called an employee answered the phone even though it was after hours. They don't use a call center! The next morning their remediation manager and operations manager were at my house taking moisture readings and setting dehumidifiers and other equipment to make sure mold didn't start growing. They also set me up with a great roofer that had my roof tarped the same day! They were fast and so friendly and knowledgeable!
