I'm very satisfied with the outcome! I was ready to pull up my carpet myself. I was able to set an appt and have technicians come out the same day! I was provided with updates! Great price as well! I highly recommend!!

I am beyond happy with the job Stanley Steemer did on my carpets. Our carpets are old and stained, we have dogs which doesn’t make the situation better either, but my carpets look better than they ever have. I usually clean my carpets myself but my shampooer broke and I was just fed up so I wanted to get it done professionally.... and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to the DIY. Arthur was my tech and he explained everything he did very well, offered additional services - I had no idea that they did more than just carpet and upholstery!
