We had a great experience with the Installation of new system and changing very old air ducts. Our home had never been so cool. They came in and were so efficient, kind and caring about us in every way. Have called for service and they came same day and Drew was awesome. He took the time to explain what was happening so we would understand. So glad we found Parish cooling and heating.

I called them explaining my ac wasn’t kicking on and the house was hot. They had someone out here within the hour. Very nice and affordable. I will definitely call Parish Cooling and Heating again.

Arrived home after full day of doctors appointments only to discover my ac was not working. Ecobee thermostat was completely blank, went to Lowe’s and purchased a new ecobee thermostat thinking that was the issue. It wasn’t so I posted on social media for recommendations for hvac repair companies. My sister contacted Parish cooling and heating at 8:45pm. Parish offered to come out at almost 9pm. Johnny called me and I felt comfortable enough with his guidance to check a few things out and try to troubleshoot and get some airflow until he was able to get here. Unfortunately the troubleshooting didn’t solve my problem but I was able to install my spare window units... read full review
