Josh showed up right on time. He got right to work. When finished they helped me understand and operate the system as well as walking me through the set up of the App. He completed several tests to make sure the system was operating properly before he left. They then brought all the paperwork to be completed and assisted me in filling it all out and informed me as to where to send it. The entire process was 2 hours from start to finish. They were extremely courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this company.
