I called days in advance before going there to make sure someone could notarize a document. The receptionist gave me a number to contact the notary. Called and told the lady I needed her services to notarize a document. She says ok and tells me her office hours and pricing. I show up to the office, get in her office and she looks all confused at the paper, asking what I needed again. She then miraculously remembers she isn't the notary and gives me a card for the supposed notary, who is out for the day. Confused and unprofessional staff. Went down the road next to Dollar General and got it notarized for $5 cheaper!
