Simply the best experience possible for residential electrical repair and upgrade. This team excels in every respect. First, they were honest. I called for an estimate and was told they were too busy and wait a week. They are busy because they are excellent. The same day they came to bid the job, they provided the estimate and offered to start the next day! So prompt, I had to slow them down a couple of days. On the day of job they showed exactly when they said and immediately got to work. Every member of this team was the model of professionalism and clear communications. When they ran into a problem, they listened to me and then pushed right through the issue. The job was done early and exceeded my expectations!!! Then it was time for the bill which I again promptly received - no waiting and wondering. Since the job didn't hit any of the potential problems - my bill was substantially lower than the estimate. Did I mention HONEST? In closing, Quality Electric's performance was stellar in every respect.
