A clean gym with classic equipment (that is taken care of), hype music on the loud speakers, and just an all-round great vibe and environment for serious lifters! If you live in the Ruston area and don’t train here, what are you doing?! 10/10 recommend!!

love this place best gym within 400 miles. the environment the staff the music get you hyped and people there are so friendly nothing bad to say and clean but yet can still throw weight around like God intend.. light weight baby
