“I have been battling stomach issues for several months now. Seemingly each time I would eat, I would almost immediately get nauseous, have abdominal pain, and I would have chills all over. This would last for several hours. My PCP ordered a gallbladder ultrasound which came back normal. Then they ordered an upper endoscopy to check for ulcers. Instead of going through with the scope, I made an appointment with Lucy. She spent probably 2 hours with me that first appointment. She got tid-bits from every aspect of my life. Diet, exercise, career, personal relationships, sleep, mental health, etc. When discussing my stomach issues, she mentioned that it sounded like a histamine intolerance, based on the foods that were making me sick. So for the next month, I avoided all foods and drinks high in histamine. The only time I had stomach problems that entire month was when I accidentally ate some strawberries (high in histamine)! This simple fix has saved me from so much unnecessary testing, not to mention the medical bills that go along with that. And I am also symptom free! I am so thankful for Lucy actually taking time to listen to me and find the root cause of my problem. She’s also working with me for a number of other issues and I am so excited to see an improvement in my health! I highly recommend her if you are having any health problems and you feel like your doctor just won’t listen! Or if you just want a provider who will spend adequate time with you and be incredibly thorough. Wish I would give 10 stars! ?“
