If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Let me start by saying I own a home that is nearly 100 years old. I was impacted by Hurricane Laura but not in a way that my house was unlivable, just in a way that insurance was ready to do as little to help me as possible! Without Cameron and Marshall, I would still be without repairs and clueless. They guided me through every step of the process, answered every question I had, and never did I feel my project was neglected or that I was a burden for asking things that seemed silly. Can’t say enough good things about Richard Heard Construction. We had a tree fall on our house therefore we needed a ton of work done. Richard came out the day I called him laid out a plan for me. Between Richard, the office staff, and the work crew....it was professional from top to bottom. I was updated almost daily on the status of my claim as they worked with my insurance company. They helped provide ideas and quickly provided quotes on changes and different options for the project. It has been my pleasure to have been able to work with Richard for over 12 years in the building & development industry. I can honestly say that there is no finer contractor/builder that I have run across that I would trust with any construction project other than Richard. He is the real deal!
