Ochsner Urgent Care & Occupational Health - River Ridge

I cannot say enough about this urgent care. They are always so helpful, willing to go above and beyond. Dr Williams is one of my all time favorite doctors. Very knowledgeable, kind and really takes his time with each patient.Janelle at the front desk is the most efficient person I’ve ever encountered at any urgent care I’ve been to and truly went about and beyond to help me. She was not only friendly but took the time to stop what she was doing and assist me in finding a resolution to my concern. If you ever are in need of exceptional care…this is the place to go! Thank y’all for what you do, it does not go unnoticed!!

It was closing time in 12/23/23 and I felt terrible. I got there 15 minutes before they closed and they were ALL so nice to me. I was COVID positive and felt horrible and they were so kind and professional. AMAZING GROUP OF PEOPLE!!THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

What started out as a rough experience, ended well with a very caring medical staff. I called before arriving to check the wait. They said there were 7 people ahead of me and it would be about an hour and a half wait. I was wheezing, lethargic, running fever and felt like I could not stand up. This must have put the receptionist off because she was very cold and rude, though I witnessed her being sweet as can be to the woman in front of me. I called the call center after a few hours and they said there were six people in front of me.
