Mr. Navarre didn't do any work for me but he did return my call, respond to text and was willing to schedule a service time to replace another plumber that kept no show, no calling me.
Over the last year I've been trying to find a quality plumber, all of them have scheduled and didn't show up nor called. Mr. Navarre is already ahead of his competition in my opinion.

Called 3 plumbers before Navarre's. One gave me a time slot twice, and didn't show either time, and the other 2 just never had a technician return my call. Navarre had me an appointment and the work completed within 2 days of calling. The price was also very affordable. They are the only plumbers I recommend in the Lafayette/Acadia parish area.
