“In mid-November, we were hosting a small, family only wedding in our backyard due to COVID. We had some family coming from out of town that were going to be staying in our upstairs guest bedrooms. Even though it was November, of course it happened to be 85-90 degrees outside, and as if we didn’t have enough things to worry about that weekend, our upstairs A/C stopped working and wouldn’t cool to less than 89 degrees. I’m trying not to be bridezilla here but was freaking out. Alex came over and quickly identified what the issue was, and our upstairs A/C was working and was down to 72 degrees within an hour.
