Kathy was a very great person to file with. She has an amazing attitude, was very patient with me, and got me out of there quickly. It would be awesome to file with her again next year.

We first visited the office the first week of February and couldn’t complete the filing at that time because of a pending document we needed. The representative working our account was very courteous and knowledgeable but we were very dissatisfied with the district manager Of this location. She never greeted us when we walked in. We sat waiting to be served, then worked with the representative for several minutes and then stood up to leave and she never attempted to say hello, thank you or good by.
