I have been using the Prairieville location of Keans since I moved here back in 2016. I have never had a bad experience or issue with any of my dry cleaning or laundered shirts. This location is unique because Ms. Gloria works here and she is incredible. She has an amazing memory and remembers her customer’s names and it’s pretty cool. She’s always kind, professional, and a great resource if I have questions. Thank you, Ms Gloria and thank you Keans for providing outstanding dry cleaning service in Prairieville!!

I would like to thank Gloria for doing such a great job. Every time I bring my clothes there she is very courteous, a pleasure to interact with. My clothes come out, looking great every single time. And they are reasonable with their prices.
