From the moment I was greeted by Ms. Gloria, her guest service was impeccable. I was not even sure I would get my order back in time when the date of the event was moved up a day. I called with the changes, and she enabled all in her ability to make it happen. I am forever grateful for her, for this was an important event to me. I tell all who need to be considered the way she does about her service. Thank you, Ms. Gloria!!!?

GLORIA - - - If you don't use Keans in Prairieville for your dry-cleaning perhaps you should start now - - - Gloria is the FACE of Keans in Prairieville - - - you will always be greeted with a smile and a friendly conversation - - - I have used Keans for over 40 years and this is by far the best of locations - - - the service is great and prompt - - - but did I mention Gloria? - - - You have to meet her! - - - She's not just the store manager she is a FRIEND - - - and she will always treat you as such!
