When Fortified standards changed midway through our project, Victor caught it and fixed it at no additional cost to us. The workmanship was very good and the Garcia personnel were knowledgeable and easy to work with. They had a couple of hiccups with job progression, but overall did a great job and I'd use them again.Services: Gutter installation

Great work, and managing the project. I like Garcia's process of approval, pay half up front, then execute the project, then pay remaining half. All electronically, except for the actual roof work. Very good quality.Services: Gutter installation
