I've been a customer for years. I've used the layfayete store for a family member who needed tires and did it over the phone. I've used the Port Allen store numerous times for tires and services. Can't beat them on timely repair and knowledgeable staff.
It's so nice to have a place like Chabill's in WBR. They are friendly and very helpful. They are willing to give advice about where you can go even if they aren't able to do the work. It's a very nice thing to see especially in customer service.
We brought our car to Chabill’s to have two tires patched or plugged. After dropping off the car, a couple of hours later, they called us to inform that the repairs were completed. When we went to check out, the lady behind the counter handed me the keys and said thank you. Surprised, I asked if she had charged my card, to which she replied, “No, it’s FREE!” Exceptional customer service and technicians at Chabill’s!
