I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff throughout this HVAC replacement, which included new ductwork. I was quoted a fair price and the owner promised me 100% satisfaction on the install, and they delivered. Caleb and Josh worked for 2 days even around my schedule and kept my home tidy after leaving. The manager even came to inspect the install. I chose Southern primarily based on their reputation and am very happy with their customer service.
Aside from some scheduling issues and a small water leak resulting from the mini-split replacement (which they fixed promptly), I am very satisfied. All of the personnel and technicians were very friendly and helpful. And despite being a relatively new customer, the company has already acted with loyalty and good faith towards me.
John B. came by to give an estimate on my HVAC System change out. He provided a clear description of what needed to be done, and he did so in an easy to understand manner. He also pointed out some changes that could be done to improve the new system operating efficiency.
John definitely knew his craft and he came across as confident, honest, and trustworthy. He was upbeat, but with no pressure sales tactics whatsoever. I had got a few bids and they were all fairly comparable. I chose SouthernAir because they seem to offer the Best Value overall, with up front pricing (and a detailed estimate provided in writing).
