These guys are awesome, got here ahead of schedule. Found the problem, fixed the problem, and were very courteous and friendly. Thanks Nathan and your tech DJ. He really knows his stuff. If ya'll need ac work I highly recommend Merritt H & C
Easy to work with, VERY responsive. They responded quickly when I called them to help my elderly neighbors when another company had a part "on order" and abandoned them in mid summer heat for days. Merritt charged the leaking system to get them through a few days until the repairs could be made permanently.I then tasked Merritt to inspect two prospective rental properties and they exceeded my expectations with scheduling, technology, communication, referrals to other tradesmen, and their existing relationships with other vendors/agents/trades that I already happened to be working with.This made the whole inspection process flawless. We were very pleased with all aspects of our service , which included a free consultation, quote, installation and follow up. Logan listened carefully to our need and gave us excellent information to make our decision. We had two additional bids on this project and Merritt beat the others by $2,000! We are planning on setting up an annual maintenance plan to keep our equipment in good shape. Thanks for taking care of our HVAC needs!! We highly recommend this company our friends and family.
