“I have been a customer of Ray’s Pest Control for several years and can’t think of one instance where I was not 100% satisfied with the service I received. Kenneth, the owner, is down-to-earth, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. He sprays our house - interior and exterior - once every month and I’ve only had to call him in between visits two times, once about 3 years ago for a little mouse and recently for a few fleas that someone else’s dog brought to our home. Both times, Kenneth came that same day and the issue was immediately taken care of at no additional charge. He will not give any “guarantees” because he honestly can’t. He will, however, quickly do everything he can to make sure your issue is taken care of. I would be extremely leery of, and NEVER recommend, any pest control company who gave guarantees because they are obviously lying. I also love the fact that I am not forced out of my home for several hours when he comes to spray because the chemicals he uses are odorless and safe to use around people (including my mother, who has a severe respiratory disease, and my newborn baby nephew) and pets.
