Whoever answered the phone at the urgent care at 8:40 this morning was very rude and needs to take a class for customer service skills. Just straight hung up in my face. When u work at a busi ess u at lwast say have a good day or something not just slam the phone down. ..Besides that I have brought my kids here and few times and the doctors and nurses were very nice and treated my kids with compassion.

I came in for major pains. After a doctor's assessment, I was later blessed with the alleviating surgery, which changed my life. I owe a debt of gratitude to the men and women who call this facility their workplace. From start to finish, the entire staff helped to make this a hassle free experience. I can't say enough good words about the people. The building itself is state of the art with a massive waiting area/ lobby with TVs and reliable security. There is plenty of parking in the massive and clean parking lot, which is also under video surveillance. Enter this facility with peace of mind.

Ellen Moore is an amazing PCP, and here nurse is so attentive, and kind. Blood work crew is awesome alone with the check in staff to screening staff. I think they do an amazing JOB.
