They did a reconstruction after a tree fell on my house and threw a lot of bells and whistles, but that was to look in the other direction. I was told they guaranteed exterior work for 10 years. After 7 years the soffit and fascia are rotting off my roof. After 3 months of calling them they finally had a roofer come out and said he could see some wind damage on the first two shingles but the water damage was probably because the under pinning wasn’t put on right but in his experience Dirk would make it right.
