We had a sudden leak at our home within the walls that made its way to soak our floors. We called Michel's and Bryan came out the same day. He was so very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He took caution to wear a mask during these times. He took every step to determine the root of the issue and explained the repair process well. He also was concerned about making sure that he kept the area clean. The full repair was completed by the next day and Bryan kept his word regarding his arrival time. We were so very pleased with the service that we received from Michel's and Bryan and can highly recommend their service.
