We had a bit of mis communication, but when his son arrived, he was very professional. He took his time in checking out my washer & explained everything he was doing.Thankfully there were no actual repairs to be made. Pleasant to deal with. I just have to make sure my clothes batch is level & not too large. Would definitely recommend using them.
Got a great deal on a new central a/c unit and had it installed within a week! His staff called in on the day they were supposed to do some additional work and I think Ben (assuming it was Ben) was more disappointed than I was. Less than an hour later he was back with new crew members to get the work done! I'm very impressed and fully expected to feel like I was getting screwed when I found out we needed a whole new unit, but I actually feel great about the purchase. I plan on stopping in soon to get a couple of appliances, because after my first experience, I am confident in these folks 100%.
