I was waited on immediately upon entering the store, my order ws taken and the clerk actually helped me find the address that I wanted to send to, the note was taken and read back to me for correctness, and I paid with a debit card without problem. The receiver of the flowers assured me that the roses were beautiful, and delivered timely. I am completely satisfied.
I was very pleased with the navigation of the company's website and ordering process. In addition, the on time delivery, courteous and professional service of the representative was great ??. I will be patronizing Wanda's and Durio's again as well as referring others.
Judy was great and the arrangement was perfect. It was short notice, but she was polite and diligent about taking care of this and handled it with kindness and professionalism above and beyond my expectations. I am from out of state, but will always use this company for flower arrangements that I need to send home.
