This place has to be the worst place ever to get your nails done they do not and I repeat do not know how to do nails my nails look awfulllll I had to keep telling her how to do my nails she then gets mad because I’m telling her no no that’s not how they go

Awful awful awful!!!!! Seems as of 2024 nothing has changed from the previous reviews I've read. My pedicure was so unsanitary and downright gross. I noticed the lady next to me having the gunk from under her toe nails placed ON HER FOOT, not a towel. Used foot files and pumice stones were just tossed into the water where feet were soaking. They didn't wear gloves. She made one lady bleed and the blood got on her hands and on the file (which was then used on me!!). The chairs are torn up, some don't work and won't even recline. What an awful experience. Little did they know I worked for the board of health and WILL be filing a report asap.

I went here for a refill and pedicure. I’m giving two stars because it was not a good experience. I had a deluxe pedicure where they used towels to wipe the products on and didn’t even wash my legs and feet off with water after putting oil on it. I never had a deluxe pedicure like that and was rushed. I do short square nails and none of my nails were even by the end of my service. I was upset that they even got upset because I explained what I didn’t like and it wasn’t fixed. Will not return or recommend
