I went in for a basic manicure and gel polish. I have never had a dry manicure in my life. The technician proceeded to "saw" my natural nails with a very coarse Emery board (didn't even bother to soak my nails to soften them). Then used a very small amount of cuticle cream to soften the cuticles prior to trimming them. I wanted square shape and for the most part that was done. But she kept filing with the emery board - even after she began painting my nails. I was very dissatisfied with the service. She had her earbuds in her ear and she talked on the phone the entire time that she worked on my nails. I was going to get my eyebrows waxed but I didn't feel comfortable enough for her to do it the way I wanted. I inquired if they did waxing and she told me yes. Then when she was done with my nails she wanted to do my brows. I decided against it and she basically said (not in the exact words) you asked if we do and now you not get - why? I just wanted to get out of there. My one and only time I will go to this salon.

HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY NAILZ DONE IN YEARZ. BUT IMEA FOUND THE KIDZ THERE VERY NICE.FLOOR A BIT SLIPPERY FROM ACRYLIC POWDER PROBABLY.BUT MISS KIM DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB ON NAILZ.N ALLLL WERE NICE FRIENDLY SINCERE N POLITE.ITZ MI NAIL STOP NOW.THANKZ KIDZ.NICE JOB MUCHO APPRECIATE.DAHNKA MOST GRACIOUS GRACIAS N THANKZ.

Please dont go here to get your eyebrows waxed are you will be disappointed as far as the nails they do very good the woman who do your feet waxed your eyebrows good but the new person they have waxing kant , I'm sorry for the four star but that's the only problem I had but they are very friendly people .
