“We had a bit of mis communication, but when his son arrived, he was very professional. He took his time in checking out my washer & explained everything he was doing.Thankfully there were no actual repairs to be made. Pleasant to deal with. I just have to make sure my clothes batch is level & not too large. Would definitely recommend using them.“
