“The Roto Rooter specialist came out to unstop my toilette. As soon as the rep arrived at my house, it started raining. I told him he does not have to start the job because of the rain, but I really needed it to be fixed. He started the job but it was too much rain, by then it started storming. He told me he will stop, but he will be back first thing tomorrow, which he was. Alan worked for 2 hours trying to unstop the pipe. Though the problem was bigger than that, he gave me a few suggestions. Though he could not finish it because I had to call the city to come flush the pipes. Alan still did his part of the job and did it well. I am grateful for that!“
