I fist started seeing Dr. Rilette in January of 2021 in my last trimester for pre-natal adjustments. I was hesitant at first but Dr. Rilette and everyone at Upper Cervical Family Chiropractic were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had a very smooth delivery and I believe it had to do with the attention I received. Postpartum, I have continued to see Dr. Rilette, and these visits have been just as helpful if not more, since my body adapting to baby has definitely benefited from regular adjustments. Not only have I been getting a lot out of going, it's a real family affair! My husband is a regular since he works in the service industry and is on his feet for 12-16 hours a day, and our baby boy also gets checked out. A lactation consultant recommended that I take him to the chiropractor after I was struggling with a lot of pain while breastfeeding in the first 6 weeks, as he favored turning his head to one side too much.
