Somehow this hotel is full of New Orleans charm. The decor and layout is beautiful. The food is great and the staff is one of a kind. The best part for me was the historical significance of the building as it was the original New Orleans World Trade Centre. It is located on the banks of the Mississippi River and is not far from any of the downtown attractions. No matter where you are in the city, you can still see and find the hotel. Just look up. Again, the friendliness of the staff is unreal. We had a great stay

The best spa experience in New Orleans. Above and beyond service, soothing atmosphere, and Lana is an amazing therapist. Will certainly return for any special occasion (or excuse for one I can think of).
