Customers appreciate the easy drop-off and delivery process, along with friendly and knowledgeable staff who make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The service center also provides amenities such as coffee, adding to the welcoming environment. In one case, a customer brought in their Model X for a repair and, while waiting, explored the nearby French Quarter. Within a few hours, they received a notification that the vehicle was ready for pickup, already on a charger. The staff was efficient, friendly, and attentive, completing the work with great care. The process was conveniently managed through the Tesla app, making it an overall excellent service visit. The team, including Tianna and Mike, are recognized for going above and beyond to provide top-quality service, making this one of the best Tesla Service Centers experienced in recent years.
