I purchased the bundles a week ago. This was my first time purchasing from this company. I can't lie the customer service was top tier, the lady was so nice. The hair is very soft and pretty, however I don't think this hair is 100% human hair as it has been curled several times since being installed, but it will not hold any curls at all. I have been buying bundles for many years and I have never had an issue with the hair not staying curled, also I noticed that there were many different strands of hair that is similar to synthetic hair. I order from here pretty frequently but these last few months I’ve ordered from here they’ve been out of most everything. Each time I’ve ordered I’ve gotten emails about being out from wigs, frontals, and bundles and have to pay extra for longer lengths bc they were out even though it’s listed as available. Quality of hair is good just wish I could get exactly what I wanted without having to pay extra. Or at least give me a discount for not having updated inventory seeming this has been going on for months.

Quan is an awesome stylist and Ms Mary is so very informative and real. I've been so pleased and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Quan is very punctual and respectful of his patrons time.
