I booked my session with Ms. C via instagram. To my surprise, she has excellent availability that fit my schedule. That is a huge plus for me. The spa is very welcoming and Ms. C is extremely knowledgeable. Moreover, her demeanor is very welcoming. Not only did she explain my session step by step but she set realistic goals based off my expectations. *Consistency is key and health is the new wealth!*
I highly recommend Ms. C. She offers many services and can tailor them specific to your needs!! I absolutely love the vibe and her knowledge -I can see Ms. C takes pride in her work & results. I found my new spa! Thanks Ms. C!!

Ms. C is the best NOLA has to offer in body contouring! I came in not really understanding what to expect but had an open conversation about what my goals were and she definitely understood the assignment. After having 3 c-sections my body took major muscle damage. I booked 12 mini mommy make overs and I’m 6 sessions in writing this review. EVERYONE is complementing me on how good my body looks, and this is only half way through. Ms. C is very knowledgeable and passionate about each of her clients progress. One of the best decisions I’ve made this year!
